The George Parks Highway, also known as Interstate A-4, Alaska Route 3, or just the Parks Highway, spans about 323 miles and connects Anchorage to Fairbanks, Alaska. It is important to note that the highway actually begins 35 miles north of Anchorage, from the Glenn Highway; therefore mileposts along the road do not start at 0, instead they start with 35.
