The Seward Highway connects Seward to Anchorage in Alaska and spans a total of 125 miles. It is one of the major freeways in the town of Anchorage and is a paved and maintained road. The Seward Highway has been termed one of the most scenic drives in the world.

This highway was completed in 1951 and traverses the Kenai Peninsula, Chugach National Forest, Turnagain Arm, and Kenai Mountains.
